Can I change the given delivery window?

By using the track & trace number that you will receive by e-mail in combination with your zip code, you can change the delivery window. This is possible on the day before your scheduled delivery before 17:30 via your supplier. On the day of the scheduled delivery it is not possible to make any changes in your appointment. You can check the specific delivery conditions with your supplier. Exceptions should always be approved by your supplier.
