When is the sorting error resolved?

We will do our utmost to get your order to the correct sorting centre as quickly as possible. If your order has the status ‘sorting error’, please use MyDynalogic to monitor the current status of your order. Once we have resolved the sorting error and if your email address is on our system, you will receive an email from us with information about your new delivery appointment.
