When your supplier has approved that we can leave the package in front of the door, this is possible. When it’s necessary to sign for delivery (in the case of alcohol), this won’t be possible.
When delivery at the neighbours is allowed, we try to deliver your package at one of your neighbours. When delivery at a neighbour is not allowed, and we don’t have approval to leave the package in front of the door, our delivery driver will return the order.
