Will I get my money back for the time slot if the delivery/pickup was unsuccessful?

Yes, if the delivery or pickup was unsuccessful due to an error on our part, you will, of course, receive a refund for the time slot. We ensure that you do not pay for a service that was not properly provided. In some cases, the refund will be processed automatically, or you can request it via the Track and Trace page Login (myold.dynahealth.eu).
